Tracy Penn

CHAIR

Tracy Penn is an environmental artist working in encaustic and found material. She works with
upcycled material to give a second life to the discarded and to raise awareness about environmental issues.

She did her artistic training at the Art Students League of New York, the International Center of Photography, and the New York School for Interior Design.

Tracy attended the Chateau d'Orquevaux Artist Residency, in Orquevaux, France in 2022 and was awarded The Denis Diderot A-i-R Grant. In addition, she was awarded the Puffin Foundation Ltd. grant in 2023.

Tracy’s work has been shown in galleries throughout the world and is in private collections across the country. She works and lives in Brooklyn, New York.
